Debra Feldman:

As a top Toronto agent, Debra has been involved with the sale of over $300 million in real-estate. Debra’s achievement is attributed to integrity, proficiency and focus on her clients’ objectives.

As a former Director of Marketing and CEO (A) of the Ontario Science Centre, Debra’s success lies in laser-like focus on high level goals with careful attention to detail and respect for all involved. Calm, strategic, competence: an asset in any real-estate transaction.

Proudly part of a 5-star full service legacy business: Sue, Debra and Matt are three generations who enjoy long-term relationships with clients and who take pride in their repeat business and referrals. Never any pressure.

They translate judgement, experience, energy, humour and grit into a smart, seamless real-estate experience for the benefit of their buyers and sellers alike at various life stages.

Debra treats each home as her own. Each client like family. One move at a time.

Mathew Pottens:

Tenacious, energetic and honest are a few of the adjectives that best describe Mathew, an integral member of the Feldman Fine Homes team. Mathew has the distinction of being a third generation professional. After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2007, majoring in International Development and Journalism, Mathew decided to follow the family legacy and pursue his own real-estate career.

Since then, Mathew has worked on behalf of large and small commercial tenants (such as Entertainment One, Queens School of Business and the Food Dudes, negotiating Leases and Purchases on their behalf. Mathew has also worked with public and private landlords (such as First Capital Realty and Lifetime Developments), overseeing Acquisitions, Leasing, Property Management, Tenant Retention, and Commercial Parking, for major projects throughout the GTA.

Mathew’s knowledge of the real-estate industry through his 8 years of experience, and his no-pressure, client-first attitude make him uniquely qualified to help you achieve your real-estate objectives.

In Mathew’s free time, he enjoys working out, playing hockey, squash and baseball. Mathew has always had a unique appreciation for the outdoors, previously leading canoeing and hiking trips for hundreds of kids aged 9-16 at summer camps in Ontario and the Adirondacks in upstate New York over a period of 6 summers; a passion he acquired after attending the wilderness-leadership program, Outward Bound.
